The hotel is placed in the middle of the city and has pleasant staff from cleaners to managers. I would come back for sure thanks to central location;)))

My favourite property in Kyoto. Functional place with welcoming staff from cleaners to managers. Great looking building in the middle of Kyoto. Appreciated calm area. Also set in front of a bus stop.

The room was neat, silent and included a good desk, fast working WiFi, and a safe. The location was marvellous, close to Shiori-an. The staff members were amazingly nice and consistently courteous.

The breakfasts at Tulleys coffee which was ok.

This property was clean and reliable. All the services were perfect. It was in the middle of Kyoto, and very close to Shiori-an.

Well, the area was really busy overall.

Everything is very good here, had a really nice stay for 5 nights. It has ideal, excellent setting, just next door to numerous restaurants as well as different travelling sites. Shimogyo Ward district deserves to be explored.

I had compact and functional room with dryer, bath products plus de humidifier. The location was favourable and absolutely perfect, for example, a historic marketplace was not too far from the hotel.

We greatly enjoyed staying here, the place suited the needs. The room was neat and compact and had an electric kettle and refrigerators. The location in a calm area was particularly good and there were a shopping area and a market nearby. The property was in front of a bus station. The service was perfect, no complaints. Moreover, free Wi-Fi worked in all rooms.

Brilliant base for discovering Kyoto with extremely friendly and excellent staff from cleaners to managers. Lovely small and great looking hotel in Kyoto, magnificent location close to Kyoto Art Center...

Everything was simply really good. Overall very nice and well-designed hotel, the idea of having a double room was great. The restaurant was lovely for breakfast, I tried delicious dishes. The bathroom was good-sized, with a shower, hair dryers and a bidet.

The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The staff at the front desk were helpful and accommodating. There were many dining options nearby, from small ramen shops to upscale restaurants. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation.

Felt safe, no complaints.

Overall, not a bad hotel, no breakfast, but there's a café downstairs.
